General Terms & Conditions

Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each person may operate one account only.
• Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with any third party.

459bd may request a copy of your national ID or other government-issued document at any time for identity verification purposes. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

Deposit & Payment Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from 459bd:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• VIP members receive faster withdrawals on a priority basis.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are not possible until the wagering requirements on your bonus balance have been met.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

459bd provides a range of bonuses and promotional offers for both new and existing members. The following rules apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements, typically between 10x and 30x.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus balance is displayed separately from your cash balance.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Using multiple bonuses simultaneously is generally not permitted.
• Withdrawing before meeting the bonus conditions will result in the bonus being cancelled.

Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games on 459bd:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• In live betting, bets placed after the acceptable time window due to network delays may be voided.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same match to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• If a bet exceeds the betting limit, 459bd may refund the excess amount.

459bd reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting activity and void the bets concerned. International standards are followed when determining results for cricket, football, and other sports.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 459bd platform:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software for betting or gaming.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Using an account on behalf of a minor.

Account Suspension & Closure

459bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Extended inactivity for 12 months or more.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. Self-exclusion is also available under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Limitation of Liability

• Issues with the user's own device or software.
